Aligning Executive Priorities - Just released part 2 of our Strategic Planning Conversations podcast series. In this podcast, we discuss how to align executive priorities for the upcoming year, how to make a plan to deliver on those priorities throughout the year, and how to find the confidence to take a seat at the table.
Recently, I was having a conversation with a C-Suite level executive that I greatly respect. We were discussing this topic, and he said something that impacted me. Okay, he said several things that impacted me, but I will share just this one.
"Bringing accountability to the executive's goals/vision is critical. An executive administrative business partner (Yes, he actually used that phrase!) can help change our outcome by making sure the vision has objectives and goals that are actively being pursued to achieve the vision".
I love it! He gets it. If you want to see real change in your business and you are delivering on your workload, priorities, and goals, then engage your Executive Administrator!
